Virtual Surveyor is purpose-built smart drone surveying software, and we've partnered with the platform to bring true survey-grade processing in house. Rather than leaning on generic photogrammetry tools alone, we run every drone and LiDAR dataset through the integrated Terrain Creator engine, converting raw imagery and point clouds into orthomosaics, digital surface models, and bare-earth terrains without the delays or added cost of third-party software.

From there our team builds the deliverables clients actually design around: TINs and surfaces, contour lines, breaklines, cross sections, and cut/fill volumetrics — all generated inside an interactive virtual terrain environment that lets us verify accuracy against ground control before anything leaves our hands. Stockpile and volume reporting tools deliver fast, reliable quantities for progress tracking, while design-versus-as-built comparison shows project managers exactly how a site has changed over time. LiDARMill Cloud

LiDARMill Cloud, developed by Phoenix LiDAR Systems, is the processing platform we use to turn raw LiDAR data into survey-ready deliverables without the delays of desktop-bound software. Every mission moves through LiDARMill's cloud pipeline, where NavLab trajectory processing, automated strip alignment, and ground classification run without tying up a workstation.

From there LiDARMill generates the products clients depend on: digital terrain models, digital surface models, canopy height models, contours, and classified point clouds in LAS and LAZ, exported in LandXML and other industry-standard CAD formats. Every project includes a built-in Cloud Viewer, giving clients a shareable web-based way to explore their point cloud and pull their own deliverables, along with a full QC report documenting accuracy against ground control. Because it's cloud native, it scales with the size of the job rather than the size of a computer — a two-acre site or a multi-mile utility corridor, same turnaround, same accuracy standards.
